"Swiss Interbank Clearing" is now "SIX Interbank Clearing": Since August 21, 2008, the new umbrella name, SIX, is being used by SWX, SIS and Telekurs, which have merged into a single financial center holding company. SIX stands for Swiss Infrastructure & EXchange. The new brand mirrors the strengths of the company as a whole while building upon the expertise of the existing companies. The new brand architecture expresses both these aspects in an excellent manner. Swiss Interbank Clearing, for example, has embodied proven qualities, such as reliability, quality and commitment to the Swiss financial center for over 20 years. SIX Interbank Clearing will also stand for these qualities in the future and bring them to the joint enterprise.
