CAR/CDS is a procedure used to authorize and submit debit and credit card transactions to your card processor.

This procedure has been standardized by the following credit card companies and is offered as a standard service to customers:

  • SIX Multipay
  • Swisscard AECS
  • Diners Club
  • UBS Card Center
  • Aduno SA

CAR/CDS is divided into the CAR (authorization) and the CDS (card clearing/processing) service.
