As a so-called affiliate licensee, you will also conclude a service contract with Telekurs Multipay, a contract for the debit cards’ CASH function as well as a service provider contract with Telekurs Card Solutions. As a financial institution, you thus receive a comprehensive solution for the issuing of Maestro cards from a single source, the Telekurs Group.

• Maestro Licence Agreement
  International license agreement regulating the use of the Maestro brand.
  
  
• Maestro Service Contract
  Regulates the relationship between the principal licensee (Telekurs Multipay) and the affiliate licencee (financial institution).
  
  
• CASH Licensing and Service Contract
  Regulates the functioning and licensing of the CASH chips on the Maestro card.
  
  
• Issuing Processing Contract
  Regulates processing, administration and card production between the financial institution (issuer) and Telekurs Card Solutions.
  
  

Supplemental contracts are needed for the following optional services:

• Printing of the “ATM” pictogram on your Maestro cards
• Installation of an ATM
